About Coaching Programmes
Great coaching provides a safe, objective space for leaders to talk openly about challenges they may not feel able to share internally. That’s why trust and confidentiality are at the heart of every coaching relationship.
Each coaching programme begins with a clear agreement between all parties involved — typically the client, the coach, and the sponsor (usually a line manager or HR lead). For self-employed individuals, the agreement is simply between coach and client. These boundaries create a strong foundation for honest conversation and meaningful progress.
Tracey’s coaching approach combines support and challenge, rooted in the belief that:
-
Everyone has untapped potential
-
People are not defined by current behaviours
-
With insight and the right tools, change is always possible
Personalised support for lasting impact.
What to Expect from a Coaching Programme
A standard programme includes six one-hour sessions over a period of 90–100 working days. However, all programmes are tailored to the individual, and may include additional tools such as:
-
A Stakeholder Feedback Exercise to increase self-awareness
-
A LAB Profile to explore workplace motivation and communication styles (learn more)
Each coaching journey begins by identifying key development goals, ideally agreed with the sponsor in advance. In the first session, these are prioritised and shaped into clear, measurable objectives.
At the end of each session, the client leaves with a focused action plan. Progress is reviewed midway and at the end of the programme — with updates shared with the sponsor (with client consent). While all coaching conversations remain confidential, overall trends or themes can be fed back to the organisation if agreed.
To help measure impact and ensure return on investment, sponsors are invited to share their observations of behavioural change at the midpoint of the programme.

The Real Key: Self-Awareness
Much of Tracey’s work centres on helping clients become more self-aware — a powerful foundation for personal and professional growth. As Robin Sharma put it:
“Self-awareness precedes choice, and choice precedes results.”
Until we truly understand the impact of our behaviours, it’s hard to change them. Coaching opens up that awareness — and from there, anything is possible.
