Founded in 2004 by Tracey Turmel, MCC, CIEC Coaching exists to meet the growing demand for high-quality, accredited coaching for senior professionals in Jersey and beyond.
With a strong reputation for insight, integrity, and impact, CIEC works with directors, senior managers, business owners, and teams to build the leadership skills that drive lasting performance.
Coaching is delivered either in person from Tracey’s discreet office in St Helier or remotely via Zoom and Teams. Each programme is tailored to the client’s unique context and goals, and grounded in CIEC’s core values: Clarity, Integrity, Empowerment, and Challenge.

Meet Tracey Turmel, MCC
Tracey Turmel MCC is an experienced, professional coach who works across sectors and specializes in high-impact, 1-to-1 coaching for directors, senior managers and business owners, as well as teams.
She also designs (in collaboration with the client, to ensure ROI) and delivers interactive and engaging in-house workshops on topics such as: coaching and communication skills, the importance of feedback and other ‘soft-skills’ for those with line management responsibility.
She is also a skilled facilitator and draws on her vast ‘toolkit’ to deliver sessions which build trust and encourage collaboration between teams or departments experiencing conflict.

She offers Senior Team Off-sites, to clarify organisational values, design strategy or work on other priorities of the organisation.
Tracey’s clients include key employees within a diverse range of organizations and sectors, in the Channel Islands and internationally, having coached and facilitated workshops in Canada, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Mauritius and South Africa.
Her love of travel has led to a particular interest in Intercultural dynamics in the workplace and she has trained with Dr Alexandra Morgan, an expert in coaching international teams.
She has been coaching professionally since 2002 and she has held the Professional Certified Coach credential with the ICF since 2018, and has recently progressed to Master Certified Coach, becoming the first in Jersey and fewer than 3,000 MCC coaches globally.
