Encouraging Collaboration

Supporting effective communication and high performance.

Encouraging Collaboration

In any organisation, there is often a natural tension between departments, such as Sales and Service Delivery, or Engineers and Administrators. The organisational culture will have an impact on how this tension is managed and whether it impacts the performance of the wider business.

If you are concerned by poor communication, lack of collaboration or other cross-function or inter-team issues, then help is at hand. And if your teams already get on well, but you think they could work even better together, then you are in the right place.

Drawing on her decades of experience in education and facilitation, Tracey has curated a wonderful tool-kit of exercises and techniques to support effective communication and high performance.

By offering a fine balance of Support and Challenge and using the Concentric Circles technique from ‘Generative Dialogue’, teams / departments are able to share frustrations (whether minor or major) in a safe and structured environment, explore better ways of working together and deepen their understanding of one another. The results are profound!
